Call translation data
Live translation may process call audio, generated translated audio, transcripts, selected languages, phone-call routing metadata, and call diagnostics needed to operate the service.
Account and device data
The app may use account identifiers, sign-in provider information, app version, device platform, onboarding progress, and support requests to keep the service working and troubleshoot issues.
Providers
Veyla relies on communications, authentication, infrastructure, and AI model providers. The final policy will identify relevant providers and describe how call data is handled across them.
Retention and deletion
The launch policy will explain what call history, transcripts, and diagnostic records are stored, how long they are retained, and how users can request deletion.
